AI strategy and adoption roadmap

AI Strategy and Adoption Roadmap is a four to eight week advisory engagement that gives leadership teams a defensible plan before they spend money on AI. It audits the systems you run today, ranks use cases by actual return, and sets governance before anything gets built.

AI Strategy and Adoption

What this engagement is for

A four to eight week engagement for companies that need a defensible plan before they spend money on AI. Most of what we are asked to look at first turns out to be the wrong place to start, which is the point of doing this properly.

We audit what you run today, find the places where automation returns money in your operation rather than the places that are fashionable, recommend a stack, and set out a governance framework covering data handling, model use and who is accountable when something goes wrong. You get a phased plan with a cost against each phase and a named owner for each workstream.

Adoption Deliverables

What you receive

How the roadmap is delivered

The people who scope the roadmap are the people who would build it if you decide to go ahead. There is no separate advisory desk and no handover to a delivery team you have not met.
Engagements are priced by phase, not as one fixed sum, so a client can stop after the audit if that is as far as they need to go.

Questions

Four to eight weeks, depending on how many systems and processes fall inside the audit.

No. Part of the audit is telling you if AI is not the right answer, or if the highest return use case is a different one than you expected.

The same team that would deliver the resulting build, not a separate advisory unit brought in for the roadmap alone.
Data handling, model use, and who is accountable if something goes wrong, set against the regulatory environment you operate in.
No. The roadmap is priced and delivered as its own engagement. Building it out is a separate conversation, on its own terms.
We say so in the report. A roadmap that recommends spending money you should not spend is not a roadmap worth paying for.
